End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sari Dark Mode ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Butterfly AI LLC ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sari Dark Mode on your Apple iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Description of Software

Sari Dark Mode is a Safari browser extension that provides dark mode functionality for websites. The Software includes:

• Dark mode CSS injection for web pages
• Subscription-based premium features
• iOS companion app for extension management
• 3-day free trial period

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium features require a subscription:

• Monthly Subscription: $2.99/month
• Yearly Subscription: $9.99/year (recommended)
• Free Trial: 3 days free trial period

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Sari Dark Mode and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with Butterfly AI LLC.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of Sari Dark Mode, you agree to:

• Use the Software in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Software to violate any third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs
• Comply with all terms of service of websites you visit

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL WORK WITH ALL WEBSITES OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUTTERFLY AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to Sari Dark Mode at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Software from time to time. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We may also update this Agreement, and your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Butterfly AI LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Software from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Butterfly AI LLC, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the Software or its content
• In the event of any failure of the Software, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not liable for any claims related to the Software

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Butterfly AI LLC regarding the use of Sari Dark Mode and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
