Purpose: To transcribe your speech into text
Storage duration: Audio files are temporarily stored on our servers only during the transcription process (typically 3-12 seconds) and are immediately deleted after transcription is complete
No permanent storage: We do NOT keep, archive, or store your voice recordings after transcription

2.2 Transcribed Text

The text resulting from voice transcription:

What we collect: The transcribed text from your voice input
Purpose: To display in your app and maintain your transcription history
Storage: Stored locally on your device and optionally on our servers if you enable sync features
Control: You can delete any transcription at any time

2.3 User Account Information

When you create an account or use the service:

Name (optional)
Email address
User-generated content (notes you create)
Language preferences
Usage statistics (word count, transcription count)

2.4 Device Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device:

Device model and operating system version
Unique device identifiers
App version

Edit or delete your transcriptions and notes directly in the app

6.3 Data Deletion Process

To delete your account and data:

Open Flow Keyboard app
Go to Settings → Account
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion

Upon account deletion, we will:

Immediately remove all your transcriptions and notes
Delete your account information within 30 days
Retain only aggregated, anonymized analytics data

6.4 Opt-Out Options

Analytics: Disable usage analytics in Settings
Notifications: Control notification preferences in Settings
Sync: Disable cloud sync to keep data local only

7. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

8. Children's Privacy

Whisper Flow is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that:

All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws
Adequate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses, etc.)
The same level of protection is maintained regardless of location

Faster-Whisper AI: Speech-to-text transcription engine (audio processed and immediately deleted)
Cloud Infrastructure: Secure server hosting (encrypted data storage)
Analytics: App usage statistics (anonymized data only)

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
